This hotel located in historical downtown Guadalajara occupies a longitudinal and narrow parcel where building height is limited to 25 meters. The 4 stars hotel offers fifty bedrooms including single and double bedrooms and 8 suites at the elevated floor. Bedrooms are arranged as a staircase around a central void dedicated to ramps circulations and shuttle-elevators. The program is set in a way every bedroom has a view outside of the parcel. Walking in the hotel is like extending the public space from street to sky through slope alleyways. A swimming-pool overhangs the void, spreading a filtered blue natural light in the common spaces. By contrast, bedrooms are all white integrating all lighting devices, while public spaces are in black wood.
